Cheshire Wildlife Trust are offering a few spare places on a tree pruning course. It will take place at Rhead’s Meadows on Sunday 6 March in the orchard area, to the south of the mound. Places are limited but if you’d like a chance to join us, please contact the Clerk (clerk@somerfordparishcouncil.co.uk) by midday this Friday, 25 February. He will draw names from a virtual hat and will contact the lucky winners.
The course will run from 10am til 1pm on Sunday 6 March. It might be cold so do bring a hat, gloves, food or drink and any medication you may need. Cheshire Wildlife Trust will bring the tools.
