The M6 overbridge in Day Green area of Hassal will be closed for cabling works between 6th to the 12th September, the closure will be in place throughout this period and I have attached the approved diversion route for your information and dissemination. The diversion route will be fully signed and maintained for this period.
The route diverts traffic along Hassal road through to Pikemere road and onto Sandbach road north, to Betchton lane and back via Houghwood lane.
We will endeavour to complete the work as quickly as possible and keep noise and disruption to a minimum. However, some operations may cause noise, for example reversing bleepers which have to be operational on our vehicles for health and safety reasons.
