The hours of construction, as Andrew Taylor has indicated are contained in the Construction and Environmental Management Plan which state 8am to 1pm and Environmental Protection in their reply to the discharge of condition application (no. 13) (Ref 17/2932D) have agreed to these hours. It is unfortunate that in their suggested informative under the original application they advised 9am to 2pm but that was not conditioned. 8am to 1pm are therefore the hours that should be being adhered to.
