I am writing to inform you that Cheshire East Council adopted the Local Plan Strategy Development Plan Document on 27 July 2017.
The Local Plan Strategy now forms a key part of the statutory development plan for the borough, which is the basis for determining planning applications. The formal adoption statement is set out at the end of this email message

There are further Local Plan documents in preparation and we will continue to notify groups and organisations (including yours) of consultations by email.
